1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika

Season the fish with lime juice and salt
Cook the potato and onion in olive oil over low heat, covered, until they're tender (if necessary, add a little water)
Season with salt and paprika
Place the fish in a greased baking dish
Fill it with part of the potatoes and onions
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) preheated for 1 hour or until the fish is done
In the last 15 minutes, place the remaining filling around the fish
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
