In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, ketchup, ginger, and salt
Temper the fish well with this mixture
Arrange the orange slices on top of the fillets and cover

Place in the microwave at high power for 8 minutes or until, poking with a fork, the fish flakes apart
Serve immediately.
