Season the steaks with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Reserve
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion, celery, tomato, oregano, beef broth, and water
Stir well
Add the steak slices to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes
Broil or pan-fry the steaks and serve with the glaze.
