1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 filets of filet mignon, cleaned
To taste salt
1/2 cup of white wine
A small handful of well-chopped horseradish
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 filets of filet mignon, cleaned
To taste salt
1/2 cup of white wine
A small handful of well-chopped horseradish
Aquatic the olive oil in a large frying pan
Dress the filets on one side and, seconds later, so that they don't lose their juices, dress them on the other (if you prefer a slightly more well-done point, you can go back to the first side)
While doing this initial browning, sprinkle with salt to taste on both sides
Remove the filets from the pan and reserve
Pour the white wine into the frying pan and stir
Add the horseradish and let it simmer
Pour that sauce over the filets and serve immediately
