1/3 cup (or 6 tablespoons) of water
1 tablespoon of Pam

1 Soak the chicken fillets in soy sauce and season with salt
Fry the chicken fillets in Pam until golden brown
Set aside
2 In the same frying pan, combine jaboticaba gelatin, water, and Pam
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan
3 Arrange the fried chicken on a nice plate and spoon some sauce over it
Garnish with some jaboticabas.
