1 to 2 cups of prosciutto

Melt the butter or margarine in a bain-marie and mix well with the flour
Gradually add the warm milk and cook in the bain-marie until thickened
Add all other ingredients except for the eggs and continue cooking until the cheese melts
Remove from heat and mix in the beaten egg yolks
Let it cool
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture
Pour into a greased mold and bake at moderate temperature for about 40 minutes.
