1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 chicken breast fillets
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 container of natural yogurt
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil
Season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and cover with the caramelized onions, half the thyme, and drizzle with white wine
Bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes
During cooking time, baste with the sauce that accumulates at the bottom of the baking dish
Remove from the oven and reserve the warm fillets
Add water to the baking dish and place over low heat
Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan
Simmer until the sauce has thickened
Transfer the cooked sauce to a saucepan
Add soy sauce, the remaining thyme, and simmer for a few minutes
Stir in natural yogurt and serve with the baked chicken fillets.
