Lay out the chicken breasts
In a bowl mix together the grated cheese, black pepper, parsley, and 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine cut into small pieces
Spread over the chicken breasts
Roll up tightly, making sure to seal the sides so the filling doesn't escape
Baste with a little more melted butter or margarine
Place the rolled chicken in the center and wrap in pastry dough
Put in a baking dish
Baste with more melted butter or margarine
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated, basting occasionally
Cook for 2 hours.
