1 cup of finely chopped green onions
2 green bell peppers, cut into thin strips

1 kg of cod fillets (or fish)

Combine green onions and bell peppers in a pan
Add olive oil and sauté constantly over low heat for 10 minutes
Rinse the cod fillets and pat dry with paper towels
Fold them in half and place in a refractory dish
Season with salt and pepper, then cover with the mixture of bell peppers and green onions
Arrange tomato and lemon slices on top of the fish
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for approximately 25 minutes
Garnish with fresh parsley
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
