Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish for 40-50 seconds. Reserve
Set aside
Mix breadcrumbs with curry, garlic, and salt
Set aside
Brush the fish fillets with melted butter, coat with breadcrumbs on both sides, and arrange them in a baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-7 minutes or until the fish flakes apart when pierced with a fork
Serve immediately.
