Season the fish fillets with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime juice
Melt the butter or margarine in a baking dish
Dredge the seasoned fish fillets in the melted butter, then coat with the crushed rice crisps mixed with parsley
Arrange the coated fish fillets side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
Do not cover or flip the fish while it's baking
Serve hot.
