Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a medium pan, heat the oil with the paprika over medium heat
Add the onion, garlic, and cilantro and cook for about 5 minutes
Add the crab meat and cook for another 5 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper
Transfer to a 16.5cm x 26.5cm refrigerator-safe dish. Reserve
In a blender, beat the egg whites until they become frothy and light
Distribute over the crab meat
Dust with Parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven until the eggs are set (about 7 minutes)
Remove from the oven and serve immediately
