1 kg of fish fillets

6 cooked tomatoes with green chives

1 can of coconut milk, to taste

Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lime juice
Let them rest
In a separate pan, sauté the onion in olive oil
Add the cooked tomatoes with green chives
Strain everything through a sieve
Season to taste with salt and add chopped herbs like thyme or parsley
Add coconut milk to your liking
Sprinkle some pepper on top
Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter
Arrange the fish fillets, then pour the sauce over them
Top with shredded cheese
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, basting occasionally
Serve directly from the baking dish.
