Prepare a broth with vegetables and seasonings
Let the fish cook slowly, washed and ready to serve
Mix parsley with butter and place it on top of the fish just before serving
Prepare a salad with 1/4 small cucumber in a vinaigrette made from 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt
Serve with boiled potatoes and chopped sausage.
