Thaw and drain the fish fillets
Pat dry
In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff
In another bowl, beat the yolks, flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of water
Beat well
Fold in the egg whites carefully
Dip the fish fillets into this mixture, covering them completely
Fry the fillets in oil until golden brown on both sides
Serve in 4 portions at 270 calories each.
