Preheat the oven to medium temperature and grease the refrigerator with a tablespoon of olive oil
Season the fish with salt and black pepper
Mix together the olives, garlic, thyme, and marjoram
Add the remaining olive oil and breadcrumbs
Season with black pepper
Apply a thin layer of the olive mixture over each fillet
Place them in the refrigerator and drizzle with wine between them
Bake for 12 minutes
Serve with sautéed vegetables.
