1 kg of cod fillets
salt and black pepper to taste
all-purpose flour for breading the fish
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
4 cloves of garlic, crushed in a coarse grater
juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of green peppercorns

Season the fish with salt and black pepper to taste and coat in flour. Reserve
Sauté the onion in butter over low heat until it's softened and golden brown
Add the cod fillets, garlic, lime juice, coconut milk, and water
Cook until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are still slightly crispy
Add the green peppercorns, stir well, and serve immediately
Serves 4 to 6 people.
