1 kilogram chicken

125g of fresh tomato puree passed through a sieve
250g of heavy cream
one tablespoon of whiskey
one tablespoon of curry powder
one tablespoon of English sauce

Boil the chicken for 30 minutes
Let it cool and shred it
Dust the chicken with flour in a pan with 50g of butter
Meanwhile, sauté the onion in butter in another pan
Add the mushrooms and tomato puree, which has had a tablespoon of flour dissolved into it
Add the curry powder, English sauce, and whiskey
Season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add the heavy cream and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes
Pour the chicken into the sauce
Let it cook for a few more minutes and serve immediately.
