In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for the milk
Cook over low heat with the saucepan covered, for about 15 minutes, or until all the ingredients are soft and the water has evaporated
Debone the chicken and cut it into pieces
Blend in a blender or food processor along with the cooked ingredients and milk
If necessary, warm up to serve
Serve in 1 cup.
