1 rabbit (800g) cut into pieces
150g of ham cut into cubes
1 linguiça portuguesa (200g) cut into 0.5cm thick slices
1 medium onion (100g) chopped
3 cloves of garlic crushed
2 sprigs of rosemary crushed
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
1/2 teaspoon of thyme crushed
1/4 cup of Madeira wine (60ml)
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 240ml of boiling water

In a large refrigerator, combine all the ingredients except for the flour and bouillon, and mix well
Cover and cook on medium heat in the microwave for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender, stirring every 10 minutes
Dissolve the flour in the bouillon
Add to the refrigerator, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat in the microwave for 4 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly, stirring halfway through
Serve immediately
