Wrap the bacon around the filet with the help of a string, giving it a nice shape, intermingling pieces of pickled peppers and anchovy fillets
Dust the filet with all-purpose flour
Heat in a pan over medium heat with 1 medium onion, 1 clove of garlic, black pepper to taste, and salt as needed
Let it brown and cook, always adding a little water
Once the meat is cooked, pour in the 2 cups heavy cream and 1 cup white wine on top
Let it thicken
Remove the string
Cut into generous slices
Serve with rice.
