'2-3 medium-sized potatoes - 800g'

Furrow the potato skin several times with a fork, then wipe with oil and sprinkle with salt
Bake them in a moderate oven for about 1 hour, or until they are tender
Fry the bacon until it's crispy
Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes, or until it's tender
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 1 minute
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and top with the bacon mixture
To make in a microwave:
Place the prepared potatoes around the microwave-safe dish, cook on high for 10 minutes, or until they are tender
Let them rest for 10 minutes
Fry the bacon and onion in a microwave-safe bowl on high for 4 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients
Dish out every 10 minutes.
