Clean the tender mignon and place it in a greased baking dish
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached
Remove from the oven and let cool
In a pan, heat the oil and garlic over low heat
When starting to brown, add the agrião and water and cook for about 3 minutes with the lid on
Remove from the heat and blend in a blender with the mayonnaise
Add the pepper sauce and mix well
Cut the tender mignon into slices, arrange them on a platter, and cover with the sauce
Serve hot.
