Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a blender, whisk together the milk, egg, flour, salt, and butter
Grease a small non-stick skillet with some oil and cook the crepes one by one
Reserve the crepes
Grill or boil the hot dogs until cooked through, then drain excess water
Cut the hot dogs in half
Place a spoonful of ricotta cheese on each crepe, add a hot dog half, and roll up
Arrange the rolled crepes in a baking dish lightly greased with butter, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and bake until golden brown
