Filling
3/4 cup of tomato puree
1/4 cup of green olive, sliced
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of oil
250g of ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can of drained peas
Salt to taste

3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 kg cooked mashed potato
1 egg
For dusting

In a medium pan, cook the ground beef in oil over high heat until it loses its red color
Add the onion and mix well
Add the tomato puree and stir
Add the remaining ingredients and set aside
Dough
Mash the potatoes still warm in a ricer
Add the egg and mix well
Add the flour and mix thoroughly
Clean the pan and grease with oil
Dust with breadcrumbs
Put half of the potato mixture at the bottom with a wet spoon
Top with the filling
Cover with the remaining potato mixture, smoothing it out with a moist spoon
Dust with more breadcrumbs and brush the edge of the cake with a thin layer of oil
Cook over low heat until golden brown
Flip the cake onto a plate and return it to the pan
Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the other side is golden brown, and serve.
