In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt
Make a depression in the center and add the oil, milk, and eggs
Mix with a fork until a dough forms
Grease the hands with oil and spread the dough into a low oven-safe ring mold, 10.5 inches in diameter, greased with oil
Insert the garlic slices into the dough
Place in the microwave on high for 2 minutes
Remove from the oven and arrange the tomato slices on top
Sprinkle with oregano
Return to the oven on high for an additional 2 minutes
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with a little olive oil
Serve hot or warm, but do not let it cool
