Place the flour in a bowl
Break down the yeast in warm milk
Add some of the flour
Add the sugar, butter or margarine and egg to the flour
Add the yeast
Knead until the dough comes off the sides of the bowl
Cover and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes
Knead again.
