Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes, and cook them in salted water until they're soft
Drain and mash until smooth
Set aside
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic in small pieces
Add the chopped linguiça and cilantro
Season with salt and set aside
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares
Fill with the sweet potato and linguiça mixture, and close the pastries by pressing the edges together
Fry in hot vegetable oil.
