1 can of solid tuna in olive oil (170 g), drained
1 medium onion (100 g), cut into quarters
1/4 cup of pickled cucumber (40 g)
1 package of cream cheese (227 g)
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
To decorate
Pickled cucumber slices
Lemon zest strips

In a processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth (approximately 2 minutes)
Transfer to a small bowl and garnish with cucumber and lemon zest
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
