1 small jar of aliche
1/2 cup (ch) of light mayonnaise
1/2 cup (ch) of low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon (ch) of ketchup
2 tablespoons (sopa) of chopped fresh parsley
English Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 small jar of aliche
1/2 cup (ch) of light mayonnaise
1/2 cup (ch) of low-fat yogurt

English Worcestershire sauce to taste
Wash the aliche under running water to remove excess moisture
Let it drain for 10 minutes on paper towels
Transfer to a blender and add light mayonnaise, low-fat yogurt, ketchup, and English Worcestershire sauce
Blend until the aliche is finely ground
Turn off and add parsley
Blend just enough to incorporate
Chill in the refrigerator at the time of serving.
