4 small Italian-style peas

Cut the peas in half and spread butter on each half
Set aside
In a medium-sized bowl, microwave the scallion and olive oil for 2-3 minutes or until well heated
Add the tuna and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes
Combine the estragon, salt, and black pepper
Add the yogurt and heat on low for 2-3 minutes
Distribute the tuna mixture among the peas and garnish with tomato slices
