In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and bring to a simmer over low heat
Remove from heat and let cool
Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and reserve
Add the mixture and set aside
Grape syrup
In a saucepan, mix together the grape juice, sugar, and bring to a boil until it thickens slightly
With the syrup, grease four molds and distribute the reserved gelatin
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and decorate with grapes.
