Hydrate the gelatin in cold water, combine with boiling water and mix well until the gelatin is dissolved

Blend the condensed milk, whipped cream, coconut milk, and milk in a blender

Add the dissolved gelatin and blend for a bit more
Place the mixture into a decorative mold greased with a little butter and refrigerate until the flan sets firmly
