2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 pinch of salt

1 small jar of Nutella (hazelnut spread)

Granulated chocolate for dusting

Beat all the ingredients in a blender and let it rest for 30 minutes
Fry the crepes well in a non-stick pan

Mix the Nutella with the whipped cream
Fill the crepes, dust with chocolate and refrigerate for an hour

Place four crepes side by side on a plate
Stick a toothpick like a candleholder in the center and use a colorful paper napkin to make the candle holder
Serve immediately.
