Cream the butter until light and fluffy
Add the confectioners' sugar and continue beating until well combined
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract
Whisk together the flour and baking soda
Alternate adding the butter mixture with the yogurt, beating until smooth
Beat in the chopped chocolate
Shape into 36 cookies, leaving about 5cm between each
Bake at 170°C for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack
