1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Remove from heat and let cool
2 Transfer the cooled chocolate to a blender and add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, butter, and blend well
3 Grease individual ramekins and pour in the chocolate cream
4 Arrange the puffs on a baking sheet and bake in a water bath for approximately an hour
5 Remove from oven and top with granulated chocolate
Serve chilled.
