100g of dark chocolate, melted
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Butter for greasing, as needed
Granulated chocolate for decorating

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Transfer the cooled chocolate to a blender and add the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and unsalted butter
Blend well
Grease individual ramekins and fill with the chocolate cream
Arrange the ramekins on a baking sheet and place in a medium oven preheated with water, for about 1 hour
Remove from the oven and top with granulated chocolate
Serve chilled.
