Bring the milk and heavy cream to a boil in a saucepan. Reserve

In a bowl, combine the cocoa powder and sugar
Add the liqueur and eggs and mix vigorously
Add the mixture of milk and cream
and mix well
Preheat the oven to medium temperature

Pour the batter into the muffin liners and place in a water bath with hot water
Bake for 40 minutes or until, when inserting
a toothpick, it comes out clean
