Mix together the cornstarch and other dry ingredients
Beat the eggs, add the milk and sweet potato puree
Combine with the dry ingredients; add the melted butter
Fill 2/3 of greased muffin tins
Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes
Serve warm.
