Cut the beef into small cubes, about 3-4cm, and place them on a platter for serving
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
When the oil is hot and almost smoking, place the fondue set over the flame
Each guest spears their cube of beef with a fork and dips it into the hot oil until it's cooked to their liking
Leave different sauces and seasonings on the table, such as sweet pepper sauce, black pepper, chutney, red wine reduction, and minty mayonnaise (next recipe)
