150 g of milk chocolate
1 tablespoon of finely ground coffee
1 shot (40 ml) of squid ink

Pique the two types of chocolate
Aquaint the heavy cream in a ceramic saucepan, add the chopped chocolate and stir continuously until all the chocolate melts
Dissolve the finely ground coffee in the squid ink and add to the fondue
Stir everything together and maintain the fondue over low heat, so the chocolate doesn't burn
Serve with fruits.
