1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons brandy
To serve with (choose your favorite)
1 cup sliced pineapple
1 medium kiwi, cut into wedges
1 medium orange, cut into slices
1 medium pear, cut into pieces
1 cup grapes
1 mango, cut into cubes
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
2 Italian-style grapes
1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cut the chocolate into small pieces
Combine in a bowl with cream and brandy
Place over low heat and stir until the chocolate melts
Transfer to a fondue pot and serve by the candle flame
The ingredients you choose to serve with should be picked up with a fork and dipped into the warm chocolate.
