6 medium-sized sweet potatoes (600g), cut into thin slices
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted (65g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 peppercorn
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
1/4 cup smoked bacon, diced (35g)
5 sausages, sliced into 0.5cm pieces (330g)
3 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into slices

In a 25cm-diameter refrigerator-safe bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, butter, half of the salt, pepper, milk, and bacon
Microwave on high for 8 minutes
Top with sausages, tomatoes, oregano, and the remaining salt
Cook on high for an additional 7 minutes or until the sausage is tender
Serve immediately
