In a large skillet, sauté the onion in butter until it starts to brown
Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender
Add the mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, and broth
Stir well and, when it starts to boil, add the flour dissolved in water while stirring constantly
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and boils
Just before serving, add the heavy cream, season to taste, and warm slightly
Do not let it boil again
