In a 25cm diameter refractory dish, mix the potato, butter, half of the salt, black pepper, milk, and bacon
Place in a microwave oven on high power for 8 minutes
Remove from the oven, spread the sausages, tomato slices, oregano, and remaining salt
Place in an oven on high power for another 7 minutes
