4 frozen hamburgers
2 zucchinis
1 green bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 pinch of paprika
2/3 cup of vegetable broth
Salt and black pepper to taste

Grate the zucchinis coarsely
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into cubes
Melt the butter and add the zucchinis, bell pepper, onion, and garlic
Cook for 5 minutes
Stir occasionally
Add the cilantro, cumin, and paprika
Season with vegetable broth
Mix well and cook for 20 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Return the obtained sauce to the pan
Heat it slightly and season with salt and black pepper. Reserve
Fry the hamburgers according to the manufacturer's instructions and serve hot with the sauce.
