500 g of cooked and chopped spinach

1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
6 tablespoons of melted butter
1 onion finely chopped
juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup of heavy cream
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

Cook the beef in boiling water for 20 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water
Remove any membranes that may be attached
Blend in a blender
Add to the beef, spinach, hard-boiled eggs, raw egg, melted butter, lime juice, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and half of the heavy cream
Mix very well
Pour into a form and bake in the oven for 1 hour or until firm
Mix the remaining heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and white wine
Melt the cheese and serve over the spinach form.
