'1 cup of thinly sliced cabbage'
'1 can of tuna'
'1/2 cup of crumbled crackers'
'1 tablespoon of chopped green pepper'
'lettuce leaves'
'stuffed olives'
'mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing'

Place a small saucepan over medium heat
Combine the cornstarch, salt, carrot, and orange juice
Whisk continuously until thickened and transparent
Allow to cool slightly and divide into two portions
Combine the red pepper flakes and cabbage with one portion of the mixture
Add the tuna, crackers, and green pepper to the other portion of the mixture
Spoon the tuna mixture into the bottom of 6-8 individual molds, greased with oil
Top with the cabbage mixture
Chill until firm and unmold over lettuce leaves
Garnish with stuffed olives and serve with mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing
This is a lovely appetizer or American-style dinner plate
Serve in 6-8 cups.
