In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the walnut puree, sugar, and yolks
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Beat the whites in snow and add to the walnut mixture
Mix carefully and distribute the batter among the cups
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Demold and serve
Alternative option: if you prefer, prepare your own puree with 500g of walnuts - easily found during Christmas time
Cook the walnuts and mash to make the puree.
