Beat the egg until frothy, then add the sugar and milk
Beat well and pour this mixture over the breadcrumbs
Add the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, melted butter or margarine, raisins, and mix well
Pour into a greased mold and bake in a low oven (120°C) in a water bath for 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm
Let cool and then refrigerate.
